What issues do you work with?

I work with a wide range of concerns, but I have a particular interest in helping people:

  • Set healthy boundaries

  • Break free from people-pleasing habits

  • Learn to express their needs

  • Build self-worth and confidence

  • Navigate anxiety, low mood, and feelings of overwhelm

  • Prevent and recover from burnout

  • Manage stress, trauma, and life transitions

Sessions Available:
Mondays- 12pm-8pm
Tuesdays 5-8pm

Wednesdays 5-8pm

Sessions last 50 minutes, with a session fee of £50 (Virtual) £60 (In-Person), Low-cost options available. I offer a dedicated time and space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in depth.

I offer in-person sessions in London, Hainault at TherapEast, or virtual sessions. Email me for further info.
